New CNC milling machine

We did it again. Our machine fleet has been expanded with a new acquisition: A new CNC milling machine by SMEC which allows us to process steps of production automatically, to achieve higher quality and become even more self-sufficient in steel processing.

The new machine combines many functions: Cylinders can be processed in steel, copper, aluminum and zinc in-house. Besides, up to 15 mm in circumference can be turned down at once which saves time and additional production steps. But one advantage stays the same: We offer cylinders in the highest quality available on the market. Due to the new investment, the tolerances in conicity and concentricity can be minimized once more. Our goal is to bring our processes to perfection to convince our customers with optimal print results.

Since we can manage another production scenario in-house, we have the ability to respond to your needs even more individually and flexibly. The new machine rounds off our state-of-the-art production line.
