We are proud of our trainees who passed their final tests and finished their apprenticeship! Training has been and will always be an essential part of our philosophy. Looking forward to your first anniversaries!

We asked them what they expected when they started and what they think of when they remember the times of their apprenticeship at 4Packaging:

“I was expecting a modern and friendly company with many nice colleagues. Furthermore, I was looking for an economically stable and future-oriented company. I have decided to start here because I really liked the colleagues and the work itself on my rehearsal day. Everybody was nice to me and I was very interested in the technical work. All in all, it was a good decision to start at 4Packaging.”

“I got much support from my instructor through regular meetings and also all employees are ready to help all the time.”

We always place importance on supporting our next generation of highly-qualified workers. Every trainee gets an experienced worker standing by to assist if there are any questions. Furthermore, our trainees get exam preparation courses right before their final tests. By doing this, our trainees pass their tests confidently.
